Gilbert + Tobin a leading independent corporate law firm relocated their Sydney office to the new Barangaroo precinct, seeking a state of the art unique space.

The new office introduced complete open plan working with flexible hot-desk arrangements, dedicated innovation/idea generation spaces with centralised administration and concierge services to support the firm’s offices nationally.

Comprising of over 10,000 sqm, this flagship project extended across four levels within Tower 2 at Barangaroo.

Interlink was awarded the electrical and communication package by MPA Projects, for the fit out of Gilbert and Tobin’s new Sydney office.

The project consisted of a new Cat 6a Siemon cabling solution, 4 communication rooms, an Emmerson 160 Kva UPS package along with new KNX lighting control and LV electrical services.

The end result of the project was a state of the art, unique work space which has been awarded a 5-Star Green Star rating from Green Building Council of Australia.
